Lillian's Staff Members

 

All of the staff at Lillian's are fully qualified and have a combined work experience of 30+ years in the sector. Their qualifications are varied and include Certificate IV and Diploma of Youth Work, Diploma of Community Services, Bachelor of Social Work (Honours), Bachelor of Social Science, Bachelor of Psychology and Psychotherapy and with further training in Trauma Informed Care, Mental Health First Aid, Suicide and Self-Harm Prevention,  Indigenous Mental Health Assessment and training in LGBTQIA+ awareness and support. Current volunteers are also qualified in Community Services, Psychotherapy, Counselling and Teaching (or completing qualifications). Lillian's also supports and supervises students undertaking field placements while completing their Certificate IV or Diploma in Youth Work or Community Services. 

 

Lillian's staff undertake frequent clinical supervision to assist with resident's care and further psychoeducation to build upon their professional knowledge and to inform their work practice.
